In the role of salesperson, you will learn and develop in areas such as:

• Customer Focus and Service As a salesperson, you take care of our customers and members and are our most important face to the outside world. It is a fast-paced environment, and no two days are alike.
• Sales and Cash Handling Much of the time as a salesperson involves serving customers at the checkout. Here, we talk about both sales and food preparation, as well as vehicle rental and car washing.
• Store and Retail When we say the tasks are varied, we mean it. The role also includes tasks such as cleaning the forecourt and restrooms, as well as stocking and fronting the chilled counters. All to create a pleasant and welcoming store for our customers.

As an on-call retail salesperson, you do not have fixed scheduled shifts but are called in when regular staff is absent. Work shifts are based on shifts and vary in length and time of day. The station is open weekdays between 06:00 - 21:00 and weekends between 08:00 - 21:00. Access for the position is 2026-08-20.

When you have an on-call position with us, you receive an hourly wage based on your previous experience in service, supported by our collective agreement. The salary varies between 164-198 SEK/hour, where you also receive extra shift allowance (OB) for work on red days, weekends, evenings, and nights. Your previous work experience needs to be verified with a certificate from your previous employer.
